THINK TANKS: Catalysts for Reform
"Think Tanks" are organizations established to develop policy recommendations for various aspects of public and private life. They inform politicians and other public officials what choices there are and the reasons favoring some choice over others, and thus play an important role in setting the education reform agenda.
